4. How Long We Keep Personal Data

Website browsers/enquiries: Personal data may be stored by the website for up to 90 days before it is removed automatically.  

We  will not retain client information longer than necessary. We will hold  on to your information while your matter is in existence, and so we are  able to provide the services to you for as long as is necessary. If  legally required, we may also retain your information for a limited  period of time as required. This may be even after you have closed your  account. Data will be retained in accordance with our retention policy.

Specifc  procedures are used to ensure security of all personal data. This is  from the point of collection to the point of destruction. For this, Roman Financial Ltd use entry controls, secure lockable  cupboards and desks and use shredding to destroy documents or disks.

You  have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about  you and you will not be expected to pay a fee to access the data,  however we may request your proof of identity. If you would like a copy  of your personal information, please send an email to admin@romanfinancial.co.uk.

If  any of the information that you have provided to us changes, you are  able to ask us to change it and therefore we will remove the inaccurate  information. You can also request the erasure of your personal data  where there is no good reason for us to continue processing it. If we  can not erase due to legal reasons, you will be notified at the time of  your request.  You can restrict the processing of your personal  information where we are relying on a legitimate interest if it feels  like it impacts on your fundamental rights and freedoms. However,  sometimes, we may have compelling legitimate grounds to process your  information that overrides your rights and freedoms.

You  have the right to data portability. This applies to personal data you  have provided to us which is processed by automated means under the  lawful basis of either consent or performance of a contract.
